Check refrigerant charge
Check condensate pump operation
Check for loose parts or unusual vibration
Check defrost cycle control for proper operation
Gas Furnace:
Check entire furnace for loose or worn parts, abnormal vibrations and proper venting
Check the heat exchanger, if accessible
Check electrical circuit to furnace including thermostat and thermostat wiring
Check gas valve operation, adjust gas pressure if needed. Check and clean pilot burner.
Check air filter
Check ignition system
Check and lubricate blower motor.
Check carbon monoxide emission level
Check electrical/safety circuits for proper operation
Check flue gases with electronic analyzer to assure proper firing rate
